Excellent customer service. Not all of my order was available for same day delivery. Someone from the store called to let me know they figured out a solution and my delivery was in route.

We love love this location! Its the People!!!!! Always so so sweet..helpful..thoughtful. And not because its a job..its all that extra love that they give just because of who they are!!!! The store associates were amazing. I did not realize till after I was rung up and put the door that I had accidentally walked in as they were closing. They did not make me feel rushed (even when they would have been right to let me know they were trying to go!) The associates helped me find multiple items and chatted with me about my son’s new pet. Thank you so much for the great service!

Lisa at the store at stage and Whitten is absolutely amazing!!! Her knowledge on the dogfood helped me tremendously! The staff are friendly and helpful but the only complaint I have is that they are “too helpful”. They follow you around in the store and CONSTANTLY ask can they help you find something or get the dog feed for you. I feel they should only ask once and if you need some help, to allow the customer to ask instead of following you around in the store CONSTANTLY asking. It’s kind of annoying and once you say no thank you, that should be enough.
