I could not remember my brand and they grabbed my account. Then carried the large bag to my car. My pup loved his new toys also. Very polite and helpful.

Andrew was so helpful. I wanted to try a freeze dried product and he showed all of the different ones. He interacted with my dog, Jack and was so nice. At the end of my purchase he asked if I would be interested in purchasing a couple of cans of Cat food to donate to a fundraiser Hollywood Feed is involved in. He seems to be very passionate about rescuing animals. I admire that. So of course, i donated a couple of cans of cat food and also rounded up my purchase to the next dollar amount. The person that assisted me was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was trying to make the correct decision on when to switch my dog to adult food, she provided answers to my questions. Never felt rushed while I was there and purchased a dog bone with my savings.
