I was immediately greeted & Poy was so helpful & patient when I was struggling to recall a dog food name. She was interested in my dogs' needs & showed me other products that might be helpful. She wasn't pushy & encouraged me to utilize the loyalty pan on certain product manufacturers. I am new to the area & I love that if the food doesn't work out, I can return it & they donate it to the local shelter. Def will be back!!
