Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers. Love the store and all the product selection, the associates are always eager to assist. However, the artificial scent being pumped into the store right at the front is way to strong for anyone who is remotely sensitive to scents, so much so that you leave the store smelling like it for the rest of your day
