Love this store and all that they provide to a pet owner. Yes, I would love to see a few more options in some products, but that is controlled by corporate. The staff at the store on Fall of Neuse are amazing. Always friendly and helpful, these folks truly care about the animals and owners that shop with them.

Absolutely love Hollywood Feed. I can always count on finding what I need for my beautiful pup! In addition, the service is above and beyond! Immediately when you walk in you are greeted and assistance is offered. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful! And the cherry on top was bringing the items I purchased personally to my vehicle and loaded it for me! Such a wonderful kind service!

I was greeted as soon as I came in by a gentlema at the register.. I was buying vitamins for my dog and there was one person in front of me on line. A store employee, Suki, immediately came over and apologized for my wait and assisted with my purchase. I waited only about one minute on line but her customer service was as if I had waited 10 minutes. She was pleasant, knowledgeable about the products. This is why I choose Hollywood Feed.
