I have been shopping here for many years and I have always had the absolute best experience. All the employees are phenomenal and actually care about your pets. I don't shop anywhere else!
Customer service was amazing and attentive. I loved the pride toys they had and the people there are the reason we will go back.
I received good help to fit a no pull collar on a dog with a hard to fit chest. The clerk was honest about a more expensive harness not fitting well and selected a more appropriate model which happened to be less expensive but a better fit. This is why I travelled 7 miles to get to this store vs going to closer pet stores.
Checked for me to see availability of product by phone. Held product at register for me for later pickup. Very helpful and friendly staff.
