I was greeted as soon as I came in by a gentlema at the register.. I was buying vitamins for my dog and there was one person in front of me on line. A store employee, Suki, immediately came over and apologized for my wait and assisted with my purchase. I waited only about one minute on line but her customer service was as if I had waited 10 minutes. She was pleasant, knowledgeable about the products. This is why I choose Hollywood Feed.

I was able to get right in and get what I needed before they closed. I was even offered a place I could check to find foods without things my dog has a reaction to.

I Love this store just for the simple fact that their customer service is like no they place I have ever been to! They are always so helpful every time I come in the store and recommend the BEST products to help my dog! I’m so Thankful for the staff at these stores!

I was very pleased with the customer service on the phone and inside the store. It was a great experience shopping here and I will be back in the store and I will use their shipping option too. I was also very pleased with the quality and variety of dog foods offered with a low fat content. My toy poodle/dachshund mix had pancreatitis and pneumonia in 2022, after being boarded for three weeks and we have had a difficult time finding a quality food that was low fat. There were several choices here and our dog likes them all... read more
