I received good help to fit a no pull collar on a dog with a hard to fit chest. The clerk was honest about a more expensive harness not fitting well and selected a more appropriate model which happened to be less expensive but a better fit. This is why I travelled 7 miles to get to this store vs going to closer pet stores.
