We grabbed dinner from Chicken Salad Chick and decided that we would drop in and browse your store. As we were looking around we were approached by Tiffany and she was great. She took the time to listen to our concerns about our dogs possible food allergies so she explained things that they could potentially be allergic to and shared a couple of different food options for us to try. Clean place and courteous people
Staff was friendly and helpful
Missy was awesome! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and even though you guys didn’t have the specific food I needed she helped me to find an alternative and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up my rewards account and when I asked about the dog wash. I also heard her helping other people or asking others if they needed help the whole time I was in there. She was awesome!

The Employees there are above and beyond amazing! They greet you as soon as you walk in and ask if you need any help and that alone is wonderful! They genuinely love and care for your pets and you can see that in each and every employee! Prices are reasonable and the reward system is wonderful! Love coming here vs pet smart! Keep up the good work y’all are amazing!
We needed an Eye Wash for our dog in addition to tooth cleaning. I wish I had been more intentional and looked at the young lady’s name tag. The young lady was very knowledgeable and so helpful! We are definitely going to be back’
