Everyone at HF is genuinely friendly and helpful and they always remember my big, sweet dog. I love coming in and seeing the staff as much as she does!

We grabbed dinner from Chicken Salad Chick and decided that we would drop in and browse your store. As we were looking around we were approached by Tiffany and she was great. She took the time to listen to our concerns about our dogs possible food allergies so she explained things that they could potentially be allergic to and shared a couple of different food options for us to try.
