I was provided great customer service. I do think that products were more expensive in store. I was unable to get a 28 pound bag of food instore. Normally I order a 28 pound bag of dog food for $50. I paid $35 for a 14 pound bag. Wish that I could have ordered online because that is a better option. Also instore had less of a selection of calming aids and other products.
