Great customer service. They know you and your pet’s needs. Primal has nice customer reward program. I wish for bone broth and Orijen to start one or Hollywood to start one. Everyone is very caring and knowledgeable on new things too.

Everyone is so friendly!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They never push anything on me. And it's great that they bring their dogs to work!!!

Hollywood Feed is the only place I’ll buy my dog food forever! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! The last time I went in, the gentleman working asked me what food I needed, went and got it for me, reccommened some treats that my dog LOVES, and even carried the huge bag of food out to my car for me! Outstanding service and great quality.
