Great customer service. They know you and your pet’s needs. Primal has nice customer reward program. I wish for bone broth and Orijen to start one or Hollywood to start one. Everyone is very caring and knowledgeable on new things too.

Best pet supply store ever. There's parking at the front door and I am always in and out in less than 5 minutes. And there is always someone to load my 50 pound bag in the car.
