Great customer service and a good selection of pet products. I love that they carry the Pfaltzgraff petware so my pup's bowls match mine!

Great customer service. They know you and your pet’s needs. Primal has nice customer reward program. I wish for bone broth and Orijen to start one or Hollywood to start one. Everyone is very caring and knowledgeable on new things too.
