When we got home, the dog toy my son picked out for our puppy had a hole in it. Inspect your merchandise--if it's damaged, don't sell it!

The dog food I needed (and all the smaller bags) was stored so high on a shelf no one could reach it. And the person who waited on me talked to me in a baby voice the whole time. Maybe that works with dogs, but it was irritating and insulting to an adult.
