Great customer service! All employees know you and your fur baby by name. They take the time to answer your question on nutrition, treats, and toys! If they don't know the answer, they will be honest and do some research with you.

Great staff. Some of the staff I know are Hannah, Katie and Griffin. Always helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to answer questions. My dog Nova loves them all.
