The customer service is second to none. My only issue is with the recent change in ordering process. It seems that whatever change was made is resulting in a lot of products not staying stocked properly. This was never an issue last year.

I’ll take this down in a couple days. I just spoke with manager - who may have been having a hard day. He let me know that this location *Does Not Deliver.* That’s fine, except that the location-specific information says very clearly that it does. I suggest the information be corrected. I’ve loved this store for years - it isn’t fair to make them look misleading.

I was told the change over from Pet People to Hollywood Feed would be for the better. In my experience it is NOT for the better. When it was Pet People Kevin and Katie were able to order whatever products I wanted. I have been told they are unable to order me the new Solutions products (raw proteins, goat milk, bone broth, etc.) because the powers above them will not allow them to do so.
