When you come in, there is always someone asking how they can help you.They take a personal interest in your needs and point out what might be the best buy. They offer to carry out your purchases to the car. They are consistent in their service every time you come. Shopping there is a pleasure.

I wasn’t impressed with the dog food frequent buyer card transfer to the new system. I buy two different sizes and they all got lumped together, so I missed out on a free bag. I hope the store remains just like the PetPeople store they are replacing. PetPeople had great service.
