i CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THING ABOUT pET pEOPLE. wE ADOPTED OUR TERRIER IN jAN. 22 AND THEY HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL FINDING THE RIGHT THINGS FOR HER. tHERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE TO HELP YOU AS SOON AS YOU GET IN THE DOOR. tHEY FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND TAKE IT TO THE CHECKOUT. THEY ALWAYS OFFER TO CARRY THE GOODS TO YOUR CAR. i WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY DOG SUPPLIES.

You didn’t have the product I came in for, although you do carry it. Pet People employees would go out of their way to find other options, call other stores to find it, or at least be apologetic that they were out. Just yelling “no, we don’t have it” from across the store does not impress me. When you were Pet People, I didn’t mind paying more than other pet stores, because I wanted knowledgeable staff. I might as well switch to Chewy.com and save the gas.

Not carrying same cat products as PetPeople. Need to carry Premium Choice Cat Litter.
