I pop in occasionally for cat treats. Yesterday, I was greeted as soon as I came in. Although I didn’t need any help, I was assisted by a lovely young woman who patiently heard me drone on about my beloved 20 year old cat. The cat treats are her favorites and the catnip I purchased made her act like a teenaged kitty!
Business response:

We love that she took the time to listen — your 20-year-old cat sounds absolutely amazing, and she clearly deserves all the treats and catnip in the world! It brings us so much joy to know that the catnip had her feeling like a teenaged kitty again! Moments like that are exactly why we do what we do. We hope to see you ... read more

The associate was extremely helpful and helping me choose the right food for my dog with skin issues as well as for weight management. I believe her name was Mateo?? I wish I had written it down because she was excellent. I will definitely be going there for all of my pet needs for my two dogs and two cats and as I have been a pet sitter for 20 years, I will also be passing on this great find to all of my clients.
