julia and aveda are so funny! I go out of my way to shop at strawberry hill for their expertise and vibrant personalities. The customer service is phenomenal and the deals can’t be beat. They price match too.

You all did wonderful. Great customer service. I told her what I needed and she led me to the way involving the sales and why I was coming in the store. And I actually got a deal on the dog food that I purchased, which is actually the dog food he likes. Nutri Source and I purchased some extra items. I always enjoy my trips to Hollywood Feed! Aveda is my favorite she is always so thorough talking me through different treats and foods. She always greets me and my dog warmly and calls her by her name which makes me feel like family. Such a sweet girl. All the other associates are super kind to and always offer to help me carry my heavy bag of food out to the car!
