My all purpose pet supply go to place. They have all the best foods and marrow bones, treats, clothes, leashes, beds, crates, everything.

Excellent customer service, until it was time to check out. There was only one person on the floor working. There were several customers in the store. We had to wait a really long time (10 minutes) until a lady with bright pink hair emerged from the back of the store to finally be checked out. I think the day after Christmas your associates should have all been out on the floor to help customers.

With it being around the holidays, it's hard to get everyone on the same page as far as showing up for work. I love all the great treats I can get for my dog Gordon and my grand dogs & cats. The staff are helpful and friendly too!
