Great customer service. Always helpful. Wonderful selection of everything plus the best feature ever. They have a walk in shower for dogs. I have an English Mastiff and it is the perfect size for her. Stress free washing! Also I always come back to this Clintonville store even though I live in Dublin now.

I love this store. The staff are not just friendly but each time I come in with questions the guy working will always help or even pitch ideas of stuff to try. I have never been treated with a smile or with the effort this store puts in anyplace else.

I always receive great service and high quality products. The new name Hollywood Feed is stupid you should have kept the Pet People name. Pet People makes it very obvious what kind of business it is. What does Hollywood Feed sell? Makes me think of movie stars who bought hobby farms and you are selling them overpriced feed for their livestock
