Employees give excellent customer service at my clintonville store. If I needed anything special ordered Chuck or Vinny took care of it for me and made sure to let me know as soon as the product came in. My Gordons enjoyed the special event they recently did. I really appreciate the service they provide by carrying my heavy items to my SUV. I've been a patron there for a long time and will continue to go there. Remove the horrible scent fans. I am sensitive to strong smells and I had to leave immediately. I emailed the contact email on your site. No one responded. I can’t shop in your store due to strong smell

The pumpkin spice scent comes from a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. We aim to keep different unpleasant pet odors out of our stores. Not happy with the change from Pet People to Hollywood. The employees made it abundantly clear they all got a raise, which is great but changing policy on rewards program after nearly a year of purchasing has sent me to another pet store

Experience with pet people store stellar as always. However now they are bought out by Hollywood I am inundated with emails from Hollywood, three so far just today!!! Hollywood does not seem to know what is happening. I got my usual confirmation email, my order was delivered, then later that evening I got a separate email from Hollywood telling me that my order was going to be scheduled for delivery and I should expect yet another delivery email. The lack of appreciation for the military and for service dogs is a disgrace! The company you acquired Pet People would give a discount to military and service dogs. You advertise your company is a United States owned company, however, you do not honor this!!!
