I'm a longtime guest of PetPeople and know their past and current staff well. ALWAYS the best customer service - especially from Chuck & Vinnie! Prices seem a bit lower although the pet self-wash has gone up (Boo)!! Got a good discount (20%) on 2 everyday breakaway (house) dog collars that Chuck pointed out. Store is still in transition over to Hollywood Feed planagrams/pricing so it's hard to comment on much else yet.

Employees give excellent customer service at my clintonville store. If I needed anything special ordered Chuck or Vinny took care of it for me and made sure to let me know as soon as the product came in. My Gordons enjoyed the special event they recently did. I really appreciate the service they provide by carrying my heavy items to my SUV. I've been a patron there for a long time and will continue to go there. Thanks for making my dog food buying trips so much better. Ellen S
