Experience with pet people store stellar as always. However now they are bought out by Hollywood I am inundated with emails from Hollywood, three so far just today!!! Hollywood does not seem to know what is happening. I got my usual confirmation email, my order was delivered, then later that evening I got a separate email from Hollywood telling me that my order was going to be scheduled for delivery and I should expect yet another delivery email. I’ve been a customer at Pet People for 22 years and I’ve always had the best customer service until this past visit. This time was the worst service I’ve ever had. I am considering other options to purchase products for my dogs.
The lack of appreciation for the military and for service dogs is a disgrace! The company you acquired Pet People would give a discount to military and service dogs. You advertise your company is a United States owned company, however, you do not honor this!!!
