When we walked in, Jenny was actually on the floor playing with a beautiful little Dalmatian. This alone would have sealed it, but then she greeted us, gave attention to Hanalei, and gave her special treats. She then offered us a wonderful tour, made recommendations based on Hanalei's special needs and gave her a welcome toy. I was impressed with everything in this fabulous store. Today was my first time at Hollywood Feed... I was greeted by Cassidy,I asked her what's the best food for my frenchie (Lilo). Cassidy was very helpful she explained every detail, she answered our questions. Very, very nice lady. We will be coming back for our fur baby needs. Love this place, great customer service.
