Your website does not allow one to “reorder” past orders. Like the old pet people site. Makes it cumbersome and doesn’t show past orders
Forgive me for sounding like the grinch, but the customer service here is over the top. I think the employees would benefit from reading customers body language, as I clearly walk past them swiftly, knowing exactly what I’m shopping for. No I don’t need help finding anything, no I don’t need help checking out, and I most definitely don’t need help carrying anything to the car. Being asked a minimum of 3 questions can be pretty annoying as someone who wants to be in and out as quickly as possible. Like I said, sorry for sound... read more
