Forgive me for sounding like the grinch, but the customer service here is over the top. I think the employees would benefit from reading customers body language, as I clearly walk past them swiftly, knowing exactly what I’m shopping for. No I don’t need help finding anything, no I don’t need help checking out, and I most definitely don’t need help carrying anything to the car. Love the store & employees, but I’m very frustrated to see a local company taken over by a corporation like Hollywood Feed. It breaks my heart every time I see “Pet People” replaced with “Hollywood Feed,” and I don’t know how the acquisition happened or why, but I’m talking to YOU, Hollywood Feed: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED WITH YOURSELF.
