We’ve been coming to Pet People/Hollywood Feed for better part of six years. I have one finicky feline and it seems you’re always short in stock of the BFF mixed cans (we don’t buy full cases of one flavor). Our cat won’t eat anything else. Also, the promos change with little to no notice - we used to get mixed case discount, now that is discontinued, but we now get an 8% discount per case - but we rarely see gift certificates, and now that they’re “in the system” we cannot keep track. always super nice and helpful. totally saved the day the other day when you delivered my dog's favorite chewies. I ran out and didn't have time to run to the store and he was harassing me all day about it and I remembered you delivered and you did and it was awesome, thanks!

They are all so great !!! Zola and I go at least 3 times a week and get great healthy treats and we actually go in because it’s a great atmosphere and great service from our friends or should I say your very knowledgeable employees!!! Employees were great, service is always great, but didn't know of name change and was concerned about possible fraudulent charges on my credit card until later that night when I got an email about the name change. Keep up the great service, but consider informing your customers of name change in advance.
