Employees were great, service is always great, but didn't know of name change and was concerned about possible fraudulent charges on my credit card until later that night when I got an email about the name change. Keep up the great service, but consider informing your customers of name change in advance.

We do believe in great customer service at every level of the company, and it appears we may have dropped the ball. We did make the name announcement in a timely manner. I am not sure if the email or the card system glitched and did not engage at the proper time. Technology unfortunately is not a perfect system. We apologize for any confusion this caused and hope we see you again soon.
Stuff was easy to find, employees are nice as usual.

Low / zero stock on several sale items, purchased something that was clearly marked but “hanging with a different kind that was cheaper” so I was surprised at price when ringing up and that it was my issue that they are hanging in incorrect spot, prices have went up up up and I need to find a cheaper place
