I have been going to this store for awhile. Since the ownership change I have noticed some changes. The last time I was there they were out of the cat food I buy and out of the litter I buy. I asked for suggestions on other options and the staff was helpful but was new and needed to ask a coworker. I was a bit disappointed that the stock was so low.

always super nice and helpful. totally saved the day the other day when you delivered my dog's favorite chewies. I ran out and didn't have time to run to the store and he was harassing me all day about it and I remembered you delivered and you did and it was awesome, thanks!

They are all so great !!! Zola and I go at least 3 times a week and get great healthy treats and we actually go in because it’s a great atmosphere and great service from our friends or should I say your very knowledgeable employees!!! absolutely the best! They remember me - and take care of my particular requests and needs. I love this store! and it's the employees that make the difference1 I am sorry to see that those who were there when I first started going are no long there...I wonder why.
