Excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. The delivery was on time. They communicate with you before they ship, give you status updates and let you know when the item has been delivered. I highly recommend. This company goes above and beyond my expectations.

I have been going to this store for awhile. Since the ownership change I have noticed some changes. The last time I was there they were out of the cat food I buy and out of the litter I buy. I asked for suggestions on other options and the staff was helpful but was new and needed to ask a coworker. I was a bit disappointed that the stock was so low.
