I was fired after 3 years! They unfortunately do not give enough resources to the stores to allow the team to thrive. Instead they blame the team at the store level for any shortcoming. Search Lawsuits against the store owner you might be shocked what you find. They expect every team member to harass the customer the whole time they are in the store.
