Customer service was not so great. Totally different experience than Hollywood Feed.
Very disappointed since the ownership change.

Could tell it was different from the pet people staff when I walked in the door. No greeting, then after bath, people at register on their phone with personal calls, cashier had no idea about software after taking my pet people cards and saying in a rude tone “ everything’s electronic now”… so not impressed with the switch right now. Also heard disappointment from another friend who had gone to another pet people store
