I don’t like how cause I’m black every time I walk in this store I’m being watched I don’t have to steal I make good money just like the next person

Didn’t receive friendly customer service and didn’t feel welcomed.
Customer service was not so great. Totally different experience than Hollywood Feed.

Could tell it was different from the pet people staff when I walked in the door. No greeting, then after bath, people at register on their phone with personal calls, cashier had no idea about software after taking my pet people cards and saying in a rude tone “ everything’s electronic now”… so not impressed with the switch right now. Also heard disappointment from another friend who had gone to another pet people store
