The staff is always kind and courteous. The bathing areas are always clean and I’m glad that you now have shampoo with conditioner available.

Easy to order and home delivery. I have auto orders scheduled. Easy to change or update online I get a reminder prior to the order delivery which gives me time to adjust or change the delivery. And I get updates via text as they are en route with delivery. Great experience
Fantastic customer service. Caenen (I believe that was his name) was very friendly and helpful. Self dog washing station was perfect for my Great Dane.
