Customer service was excellent. The store has a calm relaxing atmosphere. The employees were extremely helpfully. As a store manager myself it's amazing to walk into other stores and see teamwork, smiles, amazing attitudes from employees. I promise I will be back to shop more.

Amazing store, the employees are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Our family recently brought home a new puppy; the staff really went above and beyond to answer questions.
The people are great, but since Pet People has transitioned to Hollywood Feed, the selection has changed to alot of crappy treats that I can find at the grocery store. Pet People was the Elite, everything was good for your dog. Now its just so so. It now reminds me of being at Pet Smart or Petco. Nothing special about this store anymore. Plus no more rewards!!! Yea its kindof gone downhill if you ask me. Which you did and this is my honest opinion.
