I’m absolutely LOVE this particular store and the wonderful animal lovers that work there. Their knowledge of product, kindness and genuine concern for my fur babies is unbelievable. This year when one of my pups had to have major surgery, the staff sent us a very personalized, hand signed get well card. Every employee truly embodies the name “Pet People” because well, they ARE just that!

Some of the employees need better knowledge on flea/tick treatments. The dietary powder by Earth Animal worked on my late dog but doesn't work at all on my dogs now, at all!!! I won't be back in there for flea/treatments for my 2 dogs or 2 cats, I will be ordering online and from vet going forward. I put my dogs on a raw diet and won't need to shop in this store. The employees with Pet People years ago were great, spot on with knowledge & information and this Hollywood Feed is not very good at all.
