The staff is always accessible, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust the product mix more than what I typically see at other pet store chains. However, since being bought by Hollywood Feed, several products that are staples in our house have been unavailable. I have begun to shop for these items online and will likely continue to do so unless those items return.

Fantastic place to go, the ladies there were super helpful in finding my puppy a good harness, and they were absolutely wonderful to talk to. Petsmart has never done that for me before. I love going to this place!
