Staff very knowledgeable and treats my dog very well when he comes in. They are very knowledgeable of all the products , -not just clerks … And.. my dog is always excited to come to the store even before we get out of the car .. He knows where he is ..
They are great about ordering items that might be out of stock and calling as soon as it’s in stock. Great customer service!

I called the Store that I visit often, even to bathe my 15 yr old Yorkiepoo. Katie answered the phone and gave me detailed info, I asked for in the ingredients of a supplement she told me they had. My dog had a urinary track serious issue and she had frequent urination with some blood. I had her checked with testing done 2 weeks ago. This issue did not show up on results but I had a feeling there was something wrong. This supplement was just what we needed. She stopped the frequent urination with blood within 4 hours.
