Staff very knowledgeable and treats my dog very well when he comes in. They are very knowledgeable of all the products , -not just clerks … And.. my dog is always excited to come to the store even before we get out of the car .. He knows where he is ..

I called the Store that I visit often, even to bathe my 15 yr old Yorkiepoo. Katie answered the phone and gave me detailed info, I asked for in the ingredients of a supplement she told me they had. My dog had a urinary track serious issue and she had frequent urination with some blood. I had her checked with testing done 2 weeks ago.
