Customer service was great. Bought a small bag to try on kitties. They don't seem crazy about it, but not used to freeze dried. Think they will come around in a couple days.

The order was ready for pick up within an hour. When I called the store to bring the order to my car it was done within minutes. The person who brought it was very polite. Everything done well!
