I just rescued a 6 year old Schnoodle and I needed a car seat for him. The sales associate was very kind, helpful and reassuring that if it didn’t work I could return it. I also had questions about food and I gained some knowledgeable information. I’ve previously had yorkies, so this is a new experience. I felt comfortable here and will definitely return.

The Gahanna location is ALWAYS friendly & welcoming to me. I dont think ive ever walked through the door and NOT been greeted-- even if employee is stocking in the back of the store. Makes spending my money here easier. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.
