Staff greeted me & asked if i should need help with anything heavy or on top shelves they could help assist me. Even wanted to return the store cart to its carriage place for me.....Love the pictures of the employee pets on wall.

The employees of Hollywood FEED in Gahanna Oh are always helpful and caring. They always offer to carry my bag to my car. And I like the thirteenth bag is free , Great.!!!! .

curbside pickup works really well. order was ready super fast. gal that brought it to the car was very friendly and cute with my dog.

Lovely staff, great selection of treats and pet supplies. It was the first time I walked in a pet supply store and remarked, "wow, it smells *nice* in here." Everything was reasonably priced, carefully selected to be as sustainable as possible and good for your pet. Plus, there was a sweet little baby shower to help provide for kitten and puppy care at shelters. What's not to like?
