I had the pleasure of visiting this location days before I adopted my first puppy. Bre, the store manager, was there and helped my partner and I every step of the way. She talked us through nutrition, gentle shampoos, ideal training treats, toys, and more! She was not only patient and kind, but also extremely knowledgeable about not only the products in store but also how to use them to support our new puppy at home. Excellent experience every time I shop here. Bre and the other staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing and able to answer questions and even help carry pet food out to my car. Also love their punchcard program to get a free bag.
