Great customer service. We have an awesome experience every time we go. Even the new staff is always willing to help and goes to management with any questions they’re not sure how to answer. Everyone is friendly and willing to help at all times!

Great customer service & friendly. Since the company changed it’s name I haven’t always been able to get some of the products. The associates tell me that they have no control over the ordering. I don’t think that is a good thing. Several times I had to go to another pet store to get what we need.
