Great customer service & friendly. Since the company changed it’s name I haven’t always been able to get some of the products. The associates tell me that they have no control over the ordering. I don’t think that is a good thing. Several times I had to go to another pet store to get what we need.

Olivia provided great customer service, she helped me to find a dry cat food for my senior cats (one of whom is a very picky eater) that is good for their dietary & digestion needs. I always feel well taken care of by the staff at Pet People in Grosse Pointe Woods.
