The shelves are always stocked with high quality food and merchandise. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm hello.

Great customer service but since it changed from Pet People the prices have gone really high! I don't like they took away the discount if you bought 12 packs of food either. I didn't know this until I got to register. It cost me much more than the last time I bought the 12 packs. No rewards and no discount and higher prices makes me rethink about coming back. Bring back Pet People!
