You need to reinstate your plane system because when you took it away from customers who have been loyal for years they are used to getting points and now suddenly they are not. There should’ve been some kind of exchange to keep the customers interested. They’ve been conditioned to get those discounts. The occasional sales on other products usually don’t apply to most customers who don’t use the products that are being discounted. I was told about the new reward system and am.not happy with it. I feel that I have spent a long time saving for something that I won’t get. I have shopped at this store when others are closer because of the reward system and the fact that you sell one item that I can’t get anywhere else locally. But I will get that one thing on line and will not come back to your store.
