After Pet People was sold to Hollywood Feed, I felt the whole store took a downhill turn. Where I was very used to great advice from knowledgeable people, it became clear that the new crew knew nothing about anything, I needed a new martingale collar and the young man trying to help me knew less than zero what I wanted.
