Great service! So glad they listened and brought back the beef NO HIDES! I was gojng to not go back when I hears you were not goinf to carry them. Thankfully you listened! Dont stop carrying Beef NO HIDES. Deerfield people love that product!

After Pet People was sold to Hollywood Feed, I felt the whole store took a downhill turn. Where I was very used to great advice from knowledgeable people, it became clear that the new crew knew nothing about anything, I needed a new martingale collar and the young man trying to help me knew less than zero what I wanted. You need to reinstate your plane system because when you took it away from customers who have been loyal for years they are used to getting points and now suddenly they are not. There should’ve been some kind of exchange to keep the customers interested. They’ve been conditioned to get those discounts. The occasional sales on other products usually don’t apply to most customers who don’t use the products that are being discounted.
