I was greeted by a friendly staff person and asked if I needed help. I get the same dog food everytime I shop at your store. Chatted with the sales person who seemed knowledgable and informative.

Hi…Nikka here. I am a golden retriever and mom and I shop at Hollywood Feed for my food. We got it on sale this weekend, which was awesome. Your staff is top notch, always offer to help us find stuff and offer to carry it to the car. They smile and are always friendly. I also got a bath on Saturday. Your bathing stations are superb. Always clean and there are plenty of towels and lots of choices for shampoo and conditioner. I left smelling much better than I arrived. We love Hollywood Feed .

The staff are always quick to greet me and, even though I used to work here, they still try to see if there is a way to help me out. The merchandising is on point and the store is clean. The 19% sale was incredibly generous, as are the majority of sales that you host. I am a lifetime shopper!

The staff was great and knowledgeable! They were also really empathetic; my cat is very old and sick. I’m just trying to make her as comfortable as I can until she passes.
