Brought my pup to the store to pick a bday treat. Associates were all so friendly, helpful and professional. So much to choose from in the store. It was clean and my dog loved roaming the aisles smelling all the smells.
Great customer service
My dog loves going to Hollywood Feed! Every time we walk in, she’s excited because she knows she’s going to get lots of pets and treats. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and they genuinely seem to love the animals that come in. I also love the products they carry and the variety they offer. It’s always a great experience, and it’s definitely one of our favorite pet stores!
Very helpful it holding Vital Essential freeze dried beef tripe for my very picky eater. He enjoys it very much. Just wish he was enjoying all his food without getting mom’s home cooked chicken, turkey, pork, or beef toppers! Definitely got the poodle picky gene from his poodle papa!
The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. That’s why I keep coming back.

The service and attention were wonderful. Krystie (sorry if I misspelled, was there 9/19/25) was so patient and enthusiastic with sharing information as I shopped for my new puppy and, as others have noted, was kind enough to grab a load of my things and help me to my car. I really like their natural approach - like the " Whole Foods" of pet products, and the offer of same-day delivery if you call before 6pm sounds very handy!
